By accessing or using our website, submitting a contact form, or engaging Duncan Insulation for any service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Duncan Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, blown-in insulation, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related services.
All services are subject to a separate written estimate and agreement prior to work beginning. No work will commence without prior written authorization from the customer.
All estimates provided by Duncan Insulation are based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the job differ materially from those observed during the estimate - for example, hidden moisture damage, structural access issues, or additional scope requested by the customer. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Free estimates are provided at no cost or obligation to the customer.
Scheduling is confirmed upon receipt of a signed estimate or written agreement. We ask that customers provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify customers as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as described in your project agreement.
Duncan Insulation reserves the right to require a deposit for larger projects. Deposit terms will be stated in writing before work begins.
The customer is responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings, furniture, or stored items prior to the scheduled installation date unless otherwise agreed. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
For spray foam installations, customers and pets must vacate the property during application and for the re-entry period specified by our crew. Failure to follow re-entry instructions is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Duncan Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be included in the written project agreement.
Our warranty covers defects in workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by subsequent construction, structural movement, water intrusion from external sources, or modifications made by others after our work is complete.
Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the product manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Duncan Insulation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the performance of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project.
